• We begin with a complimentary consultation so we can get to know you and determine if we are a good fit for one another. We want to hear about how you met, how he proposed, and what you envision for your wedding day. We take only a limited number of weddings each year to preserve the quality of our clients’ experience.
• We assess where you are along the journey: have you found your venues? Established a budget? Booked any other vendors? From there, we create a month-by-month planning schedule and budget for you.
• Using your planning schedule as a guide, we work side-by-side with you to create a design board, select your venues, and book all your vendors and accommodations for your out-of-town guests, all the while keeping your budget in mind.
• In the months before your wedding, we will schedule several “walk-throughs” at your venues, a tasting with your caterer, help you create a mouth-watering menu, and complete the invitation suite.
• As your wedding day approaches, we will bring all the final details together, including a detailed wedding weekend itinerary, ensuring no detail is overlooked and your wedding day flows seamlessly.
• Once the wedding weekend has arrived, our team will execute a seamlessly produced celebration, beginning with your rehearsal through the conclusion of your event.
